Delete an account

Request account deletion while recognizing salon records and legal retention limits.

Before you begin

Prerequisites

  • An individual authorized Pinsot account for the correct salon and location.
  • The salon information, source record, or client instruction needed to complete the workflow accurately.
  • Permission from the salon to make the described change or record the described action.
Step by step

How to do it

  1. 1

If you are a team member, ask the salon to remove your workspace access promptly.

  2. 2

Email privacy@pinsot.com from an address associated with the account.

  3. 3

Identify the account and request without sending unnecessary identification.

  4. 4

    Complete reasonable verification if requested.

  5. 5

Review the response for data that may remain under salon instructions, legal obligations, security needs, or documented retention limits.

Expected result

The delete an account workflow is recorded in the correct workspace and its visible result matches the salon's source information.

Notes
  • Deleting login access may be different from deleting salon-controlled transaction or client records.
Warnings
  • Export information you are entitled to keep before deletion if it will no longer be accessible.
If something goes wrong

Troubleshooting

  • If a control is missing, confirm the active salon, location, role, and feature status before retrying.
  • Refresh or sign in again once, then stop repeating the action if the result is still unknown.
  • Record the approximate time, safe error text, and affected workflow for support@pinsot.com; never include passwords, access codes, or full payment details.
Support escalation

If the steps do not resolve the issue, email support@pinsot.com from an address associated with your account. Include the salon and location names, approximate time, affected record, expected result, actual result, and safe error text. Remove passwords, verification codes, payment credentials, government identifiers, and unrelated client data.
