Pinsot can prepare and, where configured and authorized, carry out routine steps. Sensitive or ambiguous actions stay routed for human review, and provider state remains visible.
Does it work with calls and messages?
The software foundations are available when configured, but live calling is not currently enabled. Future telephony, SMS, and delivery also depend on approved providers, consent, market coverage, and salon setup.
How does Pinsot protect access to salon data?
Pinsot scopes access by organization, location, role, and capability. Sensitive actions are confirmed by the server and do not rely on a screen alone.
Does every workflow require an outside provider?
No. Core salon records and operations remain in Pinsot. Card charges, telephony, SMS, email, push, and some device services require approved providers and configuration.
