Accessibility Statement
Pinsot's accessibility practices, limitations, and feedback process
Introduction and scope
Pinsot is a product operated by Dakoli LLC, a California limited liability company. This document explains the rules, rights, procedures, and responsibilities that apply to pinsot's accessibility practices, limitations, and feedback process
Pinsot provides subscription software and technology for nail salon operations in a global market. Salons are independent businesses that provide nail, beauty, wellness, and related services to their clients. Unless a document expressly says otherwise for a specific transaction, the salon—not Pinsot—is responsible for its services, prices, technicians, schedules, employment relationships, commissions, taxes, refunds, client care, licensing, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
The English version is the controlling version unless applicable law requires otherwise. The Vietnamese translation is provided for meaningful access and convenience and is intended to preserve the same substance.
Our commitment
Pinsot aims to make public information and salon workflows perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with varied abilities, devices, languages, and working conditions. Accessibility is part of design, content, engineering, and support work rather than a one-time claim.
Repository practices include semantic headings and landmarks, accessible names and states, visible keyboard focus, touch-target guidance, color contrast, reduced-motion handling, responsive layouts, English and Vietnamese content, and automated checks for representative surfaces. These practices do not constitute a claim of full WCAG conformance or third-party certification because no complete independent audit is verified.
Supported practices
Public Help, Academy, and legal content is structured with headings, breadcrumbs, link text, status labels, form labels, and responsive reading widths. Important meaning is not intended to rely on color alone. Interactive controls should be reachable by keyboard and expose name, role, and state. Language choice updates document language and stable URLs support English and Vietnamese access.
Users may benefit from current versions of major browsers, operating-system zoom and text controls, keyboard navigation, VoiceOver, TalkBack, or other standards-based assistive technologies. Compatibility varies by combination and feature. We do not promise support for every legacy browser, extension, custom setting, or assistive-technology version.
Known limitations
Some preview or complex operational surfaces, third-party provider controls, exported files, native platform components, dense boards, charts, or prototypes may not yet provide the same accessibility quality as core public content. Automated tests cannot confirm real-world screen-reader order, cognitive clarity, voice control, magnification, dynamic type, or every device orientation.
When a third party supplies part of a workflow, Pinsot may be unable to change that interface directly. We will seek an accessible alternative, explanation, or support route when practical. A limitation should not be hidden behind a conformance claim; users should report the exact barrier and desired outcome.
Feedback and response process
Email support@pinsot.com with the page or feature, device and browser or app version if known, assistive technology, steps, barrier, and the task you were trying to complete. Do not include passwords, client records, or unrelated sensitive information. An alternative format or assisted route may be requested.
Pinsot will acknowledge the report, determine severity and ownership, reproduce where practical, identify an interim route, prioritize remediation, and communicate material progress when contact information is available. Response and remediation time depends on impact, complexity, provider ownership, and release safety; this statement does not promise a fixed deadline.
Changes, language, and contact
This document is version 2026.07.20, effective and last updated July 20, 2026. We may update it to reflect product, legal, safety, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate public or in-product notice when reasonably required. Continued use after an effective change is governed by applicable law and any notice or consent that law requires.
Questions and requests concerning this document may be sent to support@pinsot.com. Contact addresses are centralized and require owner verification before production. Do not email passwords, verification codes, full payment credentials, government identification, health details, or unrelated client records.
