Acceptable Use Policy
responsible and prohibited uses of Pinsot
Introduction and scope
Pinsot is a product operated by Dakoli LLC, a California limited liability company. This document explains the rules, rights, procedures, and responsibilities that apply to responsible and prohibited uses of pinsot
Pinsot provides subscription software and technology for nail salon operations in a global market. Salons are independent businesses that provide nail, beauty, wellness, and related services to their clients. Unless a document expressly says otherwise for a specific transaction, the salon—not Pinsot—is responsible for its services, prices, technicians, schedules, employment relationships, commissions, taxes, refunds, client care, licensing, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
The English version is the controlling version unless applicable law requires otherwise. The Vietnamese translation is provided for meaningful access and convenience and is intended to preserve the same substance.
Access and system integrity
You may not access an account, tenant, location, client record, device, API, or system without authorization; share credentials; evade authentication or rate limits; probe or exploit vulnerabilities outside an approved security-reporting process; introduce malware; interfere with availability; scrape data; automate requests abusively; or reverse engineer protected components except where applicable law expressly permits.
You may not circumvent role, tenant, location, session, device, audit, approval, or provider gates. Do not disable, erase, manipulate, or mischaracterize audit records. Authorized testing must use approved environments, synthetic or minimized data, bounded traffic, and written scope.
People, communications, and content
Do not use Pinsot to harass, threaten, discriminate, retaliate, exploit, impersonate, stalk, defame, or facilitate illegal salon or other services. Do not send spam, unlawful marketing, deceptive messages, or communication after a valid opt-out. Obtain required consent and honor quiet hours, age restrictions, accessibility needs, and local messaging rules.
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, sexually exploitative, hateful, malicious, or privacy-invasive content. Do not collect unnecessary sensitive or medical information, government identifiers, full payment credentials, passwords, or secrets. You must have rights and a defined salon purpose for client, technician, appointment, media, and communication data.
Operational and financial integrity
Do not falsify or manipulate business identity, client profiles, technician eligibility, appointments, arrival times, services, prices, discounts, refunds, payments, tips, commissions, payroll inputs, taxes, reports, inventory, or financial records. Do not mark an external payment successful without confirmation or alter client-directed tips without authority.
Do not manipulate turn allocation, hide skips, fabricate reasons, retaliate through assignments, or use Pinsot to implement discriminatory or unlawful workforce practices. Turn suggestions and audit history must remain reviewable. Salons, not Pinsot, make and are accountable for employment, classification, pay, discipline, and scheduling decisions.
AI, APIs, and automation
Do not use AI features to generate fraud, harassment, discrimination, unsafe medical claims, legal or financial misrepresentations, malware, impersonation, or prohibited content. Do not submit secrets or unnecessary sensitive data. AI must not independently make irreversible employment, pay, discipline, safety, legal, medical, financial, or account-termination decisions.
API and automation use must follow documented authentication, scope, rate, data-minimization, idempotency, and approval requirements. Do not use automation to evade human review, flood messages, duplicate charges, overwrite conflicts silently, or perform high-impact actions that require server confirmation or an accountable person.
Enforcement and appeals
Pinsot may investigate, preserve evidence, limit a feature, block content, suspend access, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary and proportionate. We consider severity, intent, repetition, harm, legal duties, and the ability to contain risk. Immediate action may precede notice when delay threatens people, data, funds, or service integrity.
Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the category of violation and provide a route to respond or appeal through legal@pinsot.com. An appeal should identify the account and decision, explain relevant facts, and include non-sensitive supporting information. Retaliation against a reporter or affected user is prohibited.
Changes, language, and contact

Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate public or in-product notice when reasonably required. Continued use after an effective change is governed by applicable law and any notice or consent that law requires.
