Subscription, Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Pinsot subscription charges, renewal, cancellation, and billing support
Introduction and scope
Pinsot is a product operated by Dakoli LLC, a California limited liability company. This document explains the rules, rights, procedures, and responsibilities that apply to pinsot subscription charges, renewal, cancellation, and billing support
Pinsot provides subscription software and technology for nail salon operations in a global market. Salons are independent businesses that provide nail, beauty, wellness, and related services to their clients. Unless a document expressly says otherwise for a specific transaction, the salon—not Pinsot—is responsible for its services, prices, technicians, schedules, employment relationships, commissions, taxes, refunds, client care, licensing, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
The English version is the controlling version unless applicable law requires otherwise. The Vietnamese translation is provided for meaningful access and convenience and is intended to preserve the same substance.
Plans, prices, and order terms
The applicable order, checkout page, or written agreement must identify the selected plan, price, currency, billing cycle, included entitlements, add-ons, taxes or tax handling, and any usage-based fee before the customer is charged. Public content must not invent current plan names or prices. If a commercial term is not configured or stated in the applicable agreement, contact billing before relying on it.
Currency conversion or foreign-transaction fees imposed by a bank, card network, app store, or payment provider are outside Pinsot's control. Taxes may be added, included, self-assessed, or otherwise handled according to the order and applicable law. Customers must provide accurate billing and tax information and remain responsible for taxes not imposed on Dakoli LLC's income.
Trials and promotions
A trial or promotional offer must state eligibility, start and end dates or duration, included access, payment-method requirement, conversion terms, and cancellation deadline. No trial length or automatic conversion is promised unless the offer explicitly states it. One customer may be limited to one offer, and abuse or misrepresentation may end promotional access.
Before a paid conversion, Pinsot will present disclosures required by the order and applicable law. Customers should cancel using the available method before the stated deadline if they do not want conversion. Losing promotional eligibility does not authorize a charge that was not properly disclosed.
Authorization, renewal, and failed payment
By submitting an approved payment method and accepting recurring terms, the customer authorizes Dakoli LLC or an enabled billing provider to charge amounts described in the order at each renewal until cancellation is effective. Renewal timing and notices follow the order and mandatory auto-renewal law. We will provide required notice before a material price or recurring-term change.
If payment fails, Pinsot may retry through the provider, request an updated method, mark the account past due, limit paid entitlements, or suspend service after required notice and cure opportunity. Customers remain responsible for valid charges and reasonable collection costs where permitted. We do not request full payment credentials by ordinary support email.
Upgrades, downgrades, add-ons, and proration
The confirmation shown before a plan change controls its effective time, entitlements, charge, credit, proration, and next renewal. Proration is not promised unless the confirmation expressly shows it. An upgrade may take effect immediately; a downgrade may take effect at renewal to avoid loss of paid access, but only the displayed or agreed terms apply.
Add-ons and usage-based charges apply only when enabled and disclosed with measurement and price information. Customers should remove or export data that may become inaccessible after a downgrade. Pinsot may refuse a change that conflicts with a past-due balance, technical dependency, or contractual commitment.
Cancellation and refunds
The customer may cancel using the account control or written process identified in the order. Cancellation is effective at the time stated in the confirmation, usually preventing the next renewal while allowing access through the paid period when the order so provides. Deleting an app, removing a user, or stopping use does not by itself cancel a subscription.
Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable order, mandatory consumer law, and documented circumstances. Unless those terms say otherwise, paid periods, partial periods, unused access, add-ons, usage charges, currency fees, and third-party app-store charges are not automatically refundable. We will investigate duplicate or unauthorized charges, provider errors, and legally required refunds. A chargeback does not cancel the underlying account balance and may cause temporary restriction while investigated.
Billing questions and disputes
Review the order, invoice, date, amount, currency, and account before contacting billing@pinsot.com. Send the salon name, invoice or non-sensitive reference, expected amount, actual amount, and reason for dispute. Do not send full card numbers, bank credentials, security codes, or government identification.
We will acknowledge the request, verify authority, review account and provider records, correct confirmed errors, and explain the outcome. Contact us promptly because provider and legal dispute windows may apply. Nothing in this policy limits nonwaivable consumer rights or a lawful right to contact a payment provider or regulator.
