Introduction and scope

Pinsot is a product operated by Dakoli LLC, a California limited liability company. This document explains the rules, rights, procedures, and responsibilities that apply to cookies, local storage, mobile identifiers, and similar technologies used with pinsot

Pinsot provides subscription software and technology for nail salon operations in a global market. Salons are independent businesses that provide nail, beauty, wellness, and related services to their clients. Unless a document expressly says otherwise for a specific transaction, the salon—not Pinsot—is responsible for its services, prices, technicians, schedules, employment relationships, commissions, taxes, refunds, client care, licensing, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.

The English version is the controlling version unless applicable law requires otherwise. The Vietnamese translation is provided for meaningful access and convenience and is intended to preserve the same substance.

What these technologies are

Cookies are small text records a website asks a browser to store. Similar technologies include local or session storage, cache, pixels, mobile application storage, notification tokens, and SDK-generated identifiers. They can remember a language choice, maintain a session, protect a request, measure operation, or support an enabled communication feature.

A technology's duration may be session-based, persistent for a defined period, or retained until a user or application removes it. Duration depends on purpose, configuration, and legal requirements. Pinsot does not use the label “cookie” to hide a materially similar tracking technology.

Storage categories

Necessary technologies support language preference, security, request integrity, authentication where applicable, load delivery, and other functions required for the service a user asks to use. Rejecting optional storage must not disable these essential operations. Preference storage remembers choices such as English or Vietnamese when available.

Analytics and performance technologies would help understand aggregate use, failures, and responsiveness. Marketing technologies would support advertising or campaign measurement. Repository inspection does not verify active advertising trackers on the public Pinsot site, so marketing storage must remain absent or inactive unless separately verified, disclosed, and consented to where required.

Third-party and mobile technologies

Hosting, authentication components, embedded content, or enabled integrations may set or read technology necessary to provide their function. We name providers only after verification and describe confirmed subprocessors separately. A link to another site does not mean Pinsot controls that site's cookies.

Mobile applications may use secure application storage for authentication, ordinary device storage for preferences, notification tokens for enabled push delivery, and platform SDK identifiers needed for operation. Device operating-system controls may permit users to disable notifications, reset identifiers, or remove application data. Some choices can prevent a requested feature from working.

Your controls

Where an optional category is active and consent is required, the consent interface must offer Accept all, Reject optional, Customize, and Save choices, keep necessary technologies active, store the consent version, support English and Vietnamese, and provide a way to reopen settings. Withdrawing optional consent applies prospectively and does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

Browser settings can block, delete, or limit cookies and storage. Device settings control mobile permissions. Where applicable, Pinsot will interpret Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out of covered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Because definitions vary, we evaluate the signal under applicable law rather than promising a universal effect.

Changes, language, and contact

This document is version 2026.07.20, effective and last updated July 20, 2026. We may update it to reflect product, legal, safety, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate public or in-product notice when reasonably required. Continued use after an effective change is governed by applicable law and any notice or consent that law requires.
