Who can use this area?
An individual account must have the required salon, location, role, and capability permission. Pinsot does not infer authority from a link or screen alone.
Does every workflow need an outside provider?
No. Core records and operations remain in Pinsot. Card charges, telephony, SMS, email, push, and some device services require an approved provider and fail closed when one is unavailable.
