Your earnings should be explainable.

Rate

20% of eligible subscription revenue actually collected.

Earning window

12 calendar months from the referred salon’s first successful paid subscription. Free trials do not start the window.

Calculation base

Subscription charges after discounts, excluding tax, hardware, processing fees and salon service revenue. No undisclosed internal-cost deductions.

Review period

30 days after verified payment. A refund adjustment follows its original commission’s availability date.

Payout schedule

The 15th of each month for available, undisputed earnings. A provider delay stays visible as Processing or Failed, never Paid.

Refunds and cancellation

Refunds reverse the corresponding commission through a linked adjustment. Cancellation stops future earnings, not already earned eligible amounts.

Annual plans

Count only the paid subscription portion belonging to the earning window; never include a renewal outside it. The allocation method must be disclosed before activation.

Protecting your agreement

Each transaction retains its agreement version. Changes do not silently rewrite previously earned commission.

Attribution

One qualifying referral owner per salon. Link window, competing claims and self-referral eligibility must be settled in the final accepted agreement before tracking goes live.

Reviews and disputes

Every hold needs a reason, supporting record and review path. Partners can request a correction and see the outcome.
