Memberships and loyalty: planned availability
Understand what is planned and how to avoid promising an unavailable program.
Prerequisites
- No production access is required because this capability is not generally available.
- Keep the salon's current approved process and source records in place.
- Have authority to evaluate future workflow requirements without making client or staff commitments.
How to do it
- 1
Treat Pinsot membership and loyalty workflows as planned until your workspace shows an enabled feature.
- 2
Continue using the salon's approved current process.
- 3
Document client commitments outside Pinsot in the salon's source records.
- 4
Contact support to share requirements or ask about availability.
You understand the current product boundary, keep the salon's existing process active, and avoid representing the planned capability as available.
- Planned features can change before release.
- Do not sell a Pinsot-managed membership or promise points redemption before the feature is enabled and terms are approved.
Troubleshooting
- If a control with a similar name appears, confirm its documented status before entering live salon or client data.
- Do not migrate balances, commitments, or source records until Pinsot confirms production availability and the salon approves the change.
- Send the workspace name and a non-sensitive description to support@pinsot.com if the displayed status is unclear.
If the steps do not resolve the issue, email support@pinsot.com from an address associated with your account. Include the salon and location names, approximate time, affected record, expected result, actual result, and safe error text. Remove passwords, verification codes, payment credentials, government identifiers, and unrelated client data.
