Configure online booking

Prepare client-facing availability during the controlled online-booking rollout.

Before you begin

Prerequisites

  • An individual authorized Pinsot account for the correct salon and location.
  • Confirmation that the preview capability is visibly enabled in your workspace.
  • An approved test or fallback process in case preview behavior changes or is unavailable.
Step by step

How to do it

  1. 1

Confirm online booking is enabled for your workspace.

  2. 2

Review client-facing salon and location details.

  3. 3

Select only services, technicians, lead times, and hours approved for online booking.

  4. 4

Test the full flow without completing a real client commitment.

  5. 5

Publish the approved link and monitor early bookings for configuration issues.

Expected result

The preview workflow is completed only in an enabled workspace, its result is checked against the source record, and a fallback remains available.

Notes
  • Availability can vary by workspace, market, and rollout stage.
Warnings
  • Do not advertise online booking as live until a complete test succeeds and the salon approves it.
If something goes wrong

Troubleshooting

  • If a control is missing, confirm the active salon, location, role, and feature status before retrying.
  • Refresh or sign in again once, then stop repeating the action if the result is still unknown.
  • Record the approximate time, safe error text, and affected workflow for support@pinsot.com; never include passwords, access codes, or full payment details.
Support escalation

If the steps do not resolve the issue, email support@pinsot.com from an address associated with your account. Include the salon and location names, approximate time, affected record, expected result, actual result, and safe error text. Remove passwords, verification codes, payment credentials, government identifiers, and unrelated client data.
