Create services and durations
Build services with realistic timing for booking and floor operations.
Prerequisites
- An individual authorized Pinsot account for the correct salon and location.
- The salon information, source record, or client instruction needed to complete the workflow accurately.
- Permission from the salon to make the described change or record the described action.
How to do it

Open Services and choose Add service.

Enter a clear client-facing name and description.

Set a realistic default duration, including required cleanup or transition time.

Choose which locations and technicians can provide it.
- 5
Save and test how it appears in the appointment flow.
The create services and durations workflow is recorded in the correct workspace and its visible result matches the salon's source information.
- Duration is an operational estimate and can vary by client and service details.
- Only make changes inside the salon and location you are authorized to manage.
Troubleshooting
- If a control is missing, confirm the active salon, location, role, and feature status before retrying.
- Refresh or sign in again once, then stop repeating the action if the result is still unknown.
- Record the approximate time, safe error text, and affected workflow for support@pinsot.com; never include passwords, access codes, or full payment details.

Include the salon and location names, approximate time, affected record, expected result, actual result, and safe error text. Remove passwords, verification codes, payment credentials, government identifiers, and unrelated client data.
