Step by step

How to do it

    Open the waitlist for the correct location and day.

    Review arrival time, services, party size, and technician request.

  3. 3

    Update the estimate when salon conditions materially change.

  4. 4

    Contact the client through an approved channel when a suitable opening appears.

  5. 5

    Move the client to assigned, booked, left, or canceled so the list stays accurate.

The understand the waitlist workflow is recorded in the correct workspace and its visible result matches the salon's source information.

If the steps do not resolve the issue, email support@pinsot.com from an address associated with your account. Include the salon and location names, approximate time, affected record, expected result, actual result, and safe error text. Remove passwords, verification codes, payment credentials, government identifiers, and unrelated client data.
