What does the trial include?
The public trial is 30 days of Salon OS access through assisted onboarding. Selecting a plan records your interest; it does not activate a subscription or charge a card.
Who counts toward the provider limit?
Active team members who perform qualifying service work. Non-service reception, accounting and read-only accounts are excluded unless they also provide services.
What happens if my team grows?
Review a plan recommendation with Pinsot. Exceeding an allowance does not silently upgrade your plan, add an invoice or erase records.
Can I activate billing online?
Subscription activation, live calling and metered invoicing remain sales-assisted. The team confirms scope, fees and setup before activation.
